SARS-CoV-2/SARS-CoV Multiplex REAL-TIME PCR

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE COVID-19 MOLECULAR EXAMINATION SARS-COV2 RT-PCR

The molecular detection tests for Coronavirus COVID-19 take place at the Molecular Department RT-PCR of our laboratory.
The Sars-Cov2 RT-PCR Molecular Test is completed within 24 hours.
The tests are performed daily, from Monday until Saturday.

You must provide your ID or passport during sample collection.
The results can be used where seems necessary since A. EVANGELOU LABORATORY is approved by the Ministry of Health.
Special prices are available for Students and Soldiers upon presentation of their identity card (ID).

Monday- Tuesday, Thursday- Friday

Samples that come to the laboratory from 07:30 a.m. until 09:30 a.m. are completed on the same day at 05:00 p.m.
Samples which arrive at the laboratory after 09:30 a.m., you will likely receive your results the next day.

Wednesday, Saturday

Samples which arrive at the laboratory from 07:30 a.m. until 09:00 a.m. are performed and completed on the same day at 03:00 p.m.
Samples which arrive at the laboratory after 09:30 a.m., you will likely receive your results the next day.

You can get your results in the following ways:

With personal presence in the central laboratory during working hours.
By e-mail to the address, you have registered with us.
Through www.evangeloulab.com → RESULTS ONLINE → RESULTS ONLINE
Once you receive your result, please check if your details are correct. In case of a typographical error, contact the secretariat for immediate correction.

ABOUT SAFE-PASS

We inform you that you are solely responsible for the timely receipt of your results. A. EVANGELOU LABORATORY bears no responsibility for any delay in receiving your result.

SAFE PASS is issued by you at https://www.eudcc.gov.cy/ and NOT by the laboratory.

We confirm that the result report contains all the information required for travel to European Union countries, the United Kingdom and the rest of the Americas, Asia and Africa.

The price of the Molecular Test is 35.00 Euros. No need to make an appointment.

The sampling hours are:

Monday - Tuesday - Thursday – Friday
From 07:30 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. and afternoon from 4:00 p.m. until 06:00 p.m.

Wednesday from 07:30 a.m. until 12:00 a.m.

Saturday from 07:30 a.m. until 09:00 a.m.

No sampling is done on Sunday
